Built for women who need clear answers — not noise.
Doctors treat symptoms one at a time. The internet sells trends. Very few places offer calm, research-informed guidance for the inflammation, insulin resistance, and hormonal shifts that quietly shape how you feel. PCOS Bloom is the space I wish I'd had — so I built it instead.
About Tayyaba
If you've ever felt like your own body was working against you, I understand that more than I can say. When I had my second miscarriage, I was sure of it.
For years before that, something had felt off and I couldn't get anyone to name it. I was tired in a way sleep didn't fix. My body felt inflamed and heavy — puffy, achy, weighed down — and nothing moved no matter how carefully I ate. Underneath it all was this quiet, nagging sense that I was doing everything right and still getting nowhere. Then came the losses, one and then another, and the not-knowing went from frustrating to unbearable.
Eventually the picture came into focus: chronic inflammation and insulin resistance, quietly driving so much of what I was feeling. But naming it didn't feel like help. I was left to figure out the rest on my own. So I did what most of us do — I tried everything. Low-calorie diets. Workouts that left me exhausted. One plan after another. Nothing really changed, except that I felt more defeated, and more alone, than when I started.
What finally shifted things wasn't another diet. It was the moment I stopped fighting my body and got curious about it instead. I went and actually learned the science — I earned a certification in Hormonal Health and Wellness for Women through LUMS — not for the title, but because I was desperate to understand why. And once I saw how inflammation, insulin, hormones, and the small daily habits all tie together, everything looked different.
When I cut gluten and dairy and started eating to steady my blood sugar, the change came slowly and then all at once — the inflammation eased, my energy came back, the cravings loosened their grip, my cycle found its rhythm. For the first time in years, I felt like me again.
That journey — through inflammation and insulin resistance back to feeling like myself — is why I built PCOS Bloom. Because inflammation and blood-sugar imbalance sit underneath so much of women's health: PCOS, hormonal ups and downs, stubborn weight, the fatigue no one takes seriously. PCOS is one of the biggest places these patterns show up, and it's close to my heart — so it's where Bloom puts much of its focus. But the deeper mission is bigger: helping women understand the inflammation and metabolic health driving how they feel, and do something about it.
"There was a time I thought my body had failed me. What I learned is that understanding what's really going on — the inflammation, the insulin, the hormones — changes everything: how you eat, how you move, and how you see yourself."Tayyaba · Founder of PCOS Bloom

Evidence, without the extremes
Everything here is grounded in real research — then translated into plain language you can actually use. No miracle cures. No detox trends. No fear dressed up as advice. Just what the science says, and what it means for your Tuesday.
Habits that fit a real life
This was never about perfection. It's about understanding your inflammation and insulin resistance, supporting your hormones, and building small, gluten-free and dairy-free-friendly habits that fit real schedules and real budgets — the kind you can keep long after the motivation fades.
